Born as Sandra Coghlin in Listowel, Ontario, Von Vision found her voice through storytelling after losing her mother early in life. Imagination became her lifeline—and it never left. Now writing under the name Von Vision, she channels a life of laughter, love, and loss into every story she tells.

She’s been a hairstylist, a fitness instructor, a children’s entertainer, and a business owner. She’s taken acting classes, performed in theatre, and earned top honors from the Dale Carnegie program. She’s also a lyricist, with four recorded songs and more on the way, a playwright with a full two-hour musical (More Before Play) and a 30-minute comedy skit (What You Gonna Do)—each featuring her own original songs.

But no matter what stage she’s on, Von returns to one message:

“I love Happy. I love Romance. I love Funny. That’s what keeps my soul surviving.”

Von’s goal with her Sweet Souls Series is simple and soulful:

To bring warmth and romantic wonder back into our lives—little girls dream of Prince Charming, young women’s dream of Mr Wonderful dashing in to sweep them off their feet. The rest of us crave that feeling of being wanted, adored, loved and romantic visions dancing in our heads. She writes not just to entertain but to awaken a part of you that still believes in goose bumps and grand gestures. And to bring the Sweet Soul Seduction to the big cinema movie theatre where everyone can live, feel and be part of the romantic vison of Sandra Von.

She’s also the proud creator of Meet the Farties, a hilarious children’s book series starring a family of talking butts on gassy adventures—think “Billy Bubbles,” “Sneaky Suzie,” “Loaded Lloyd,” “Timmy Tootie.” and “Freddie Fartie”  Each story sneaks in life lessons about manners, kindness, and resilience—all wrapped in a whole lot of fart-fueled fun. She hopes to turn the series into a full animated show one day.

Von is also a passionate speaker on blended family challenges, childhood trauma, and overcoming addiction in the family—real topics she’s lived through and now transforms into hope-filled talks that aim to uplift others.
